Heal the Black Woman: Breaking Generational Curses
Since slavery there have been tensions and issues built into black mother and daughter relationships. Around Mother's Day there are often Mother/Son dances and events and Fathers and Daughters have their events as well but Mothers and Daughters are seldom thought of at this time.

About the Event
Black Mothers and Daughters have a long history of tension and hardship, it can be traced back to slavery. Well, this event is the beginning of a healing process.
Around Mother's Day there are often Mother and Son dances and we've also seen several Father/Daughter events but Mothers and Daughters are often left out.
We want mothers, daughter, grandmothers, aunts, cousins, all of the women in the family ages 6 and up to come and take part in this day of healing.
We will have brunch, activities, speakers, and more.
We are only allowing 50 women so get tickets for your family TODAY!
