Khia Glover is a highly accomplished Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Educator, and founder of Notes by Khia, LLC. She earned her bachelor's degree in Sociology - Human Services from the University of Central Oklahoma, and her master's degree from the University of Southern California, specializing in children and families.
Khia also has a personal history of anxiety, which has given her both the knowledge and personal experience to help others manage anxiety symptoms effectively.

Being a teen in complicated enough, and dealing with anxiety on top of everything can make each day really challenging.
